The
harvest season in Kona usually lasts from August through
January each year, except for the cool high elevation
estates, where coffee ripens more slowly. Harvesting at
these few estates continues on through the winter and
early spring months producing an unusually flavorful coffee
that is the richest and mellowest of the crop. This limited
supply of coffee is now available, as all Kona Premium
Coffees, fresh roasted to order on the day of shipment.
